Today we explain how to make the Clementina Sour, a refreshing and thirst-quenching non-alcoholic fruit cocktail perfect for young and old.

Ingredients for 1 cocktail:
- 30 ml sugar syrup
- 30 ml pasteurised egg white
- 60 ml Valle del Crati clementine juice
- to taste Lemon juice cubes
Method:
To prepare the Clementine Sour Cocktail start by placing the ice inside a small glass.
Place the clementine juice, pasteurised egg white and sugar syrup (prepared by boiling one part water and two parts sugar) into a shaker.
Close the shaker and shake for one minute.
Insert ice (in this case frozen lemon juice cubes) into the shaker and continue shaking for a couple of minutes.
Remove the ice from the glass and strain the newly obtained cocktail into it.
The Clementine Sour Cocktail is ready to be served!
