The Aubergine bruschetta  is a typical Calabrian recipe, with a slightly spicy flavour. Tender aubergines seasoned with oregano, garlic and chilli, minced in olive oil.

Uses in the kitchen
The eggplant bruschetta is a very versatile preserve in the kitchen. Ideal for making appetizers, served on slices of toasted bread, for filling savory doughs or omelette rolls. Excellent tasted inside a homemade meat-based sandwich. To be used according to imagination!

Ingredients: Aubergines (65.6%), olive oil, chilli pepper, garlic, oregano, salt, wine vinegar.

Acidifier: Citric acid.

Allergens: Sulfur dioxide and sulphites.

Conservation methods:

  • Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  • After opening, cover the product with oil and store in the fridge.
  • Pasteurized product
