From the uniqueness and flavor of the Calabrian black mulberry blackberries, we obtain an exclusive extra jam, with over 53% fruit, to rediscover all the taste of Calabrian wild berries. Local mulberries, selected and processed within 24 hours of harvesting, without added preservatives and colourings. With a sweet and slightly sour taste, it is a truly characteristic jam, very pleasant on the palate.
Uses in the kitchen
There Mulberry Extra Jam it is ideal for a healthy breakfast or snack, spread on bread, rusks or hot pancakes. It makes tasty shortcrust pastry tarts, filled desserts such as the typical Bocconotti, plum cakes and filled donuts. If desired, it can be served with fresh cheeses such as ricotta and robiola, or aged cheeses such as pecorino.
