Excellent to spread on toasted bread bruschetta and croutons, together with cold cuts and mixed cheeses, to give a spicy touch to aperitifs and appetizers. Ideal as a condiment for pizzas and sandwiches or for filling cakes and other savory doughs. Recommended for lovers of savory taste.
Ingredients: Chili pepper, olive oil, aubergines, rositi mushrooms (lactarius deliciosus), green olives (accidental presence of olive stone), garlic, salt, wine vinegar.
Acidifier: Citric acid, Ascorbic acid.
Allergens: Sulfur dioxide and sulphites.

- Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- After opening, cover the product with oil and store in the fridge.
