The Cream of Black Olives is excellent for making appetizers and aperitifs in combination with cold cuts and mixed cheeses. Thanks to its consistency, it is spread perfectly on slices of toasted bread, croutons, crackers or sandwiches for canapés. Ideal for making filled savory doughs, such as focaccia and omelette rolls. It can be used as a filling for meat-based sandwiches or as a condiment for white-based pizza or pasta dishes, with the addition of sun-dried tomatoes, tuna and capers.
