Description
Valle del Crati durum wheat semolina pasta is handcrafted by working only selected Italian grains; it is bronze drawn and dried at low temperatures, so as to maintain a high content of proteins and nutrients. The Olive leaves they are a characteristic pasta shape, so called because of the shape that recalls the leaves of the olive tree.
Uses in the kitchen
Traditionally, they accompany full-bodied tomato and meat-based sauces, but their texture and porosity also make them perfect for vegetable-based sauces, mushrooms and white fish ragout. They will make every lunch special!
Tips for perfect cooking
- Use 6 liters of water for 500 g
- Add salt and when the water boils, add the pasta.
- Stir occasionally.
- When cooked, drain and season as desired.
- Cooking time: 10-12 mins.
