Uses in the kitchen
Delicious to be eaten as an appetizer combined with fresh and aged cheeses, and mixed salami. They can be used to make savory first courses, simply sautéed in a pan. Excellent as a side dish for white and red meats. Ideal for dressing pizzas and sandwiches with a gourmet touch.
Ingredients: Cardoncelli mushrooms (Pleurotus eryngii 70.5%), olive oil, chilli pepper, salt, garlic, oregano, wine vinegar, bay leaves.
Acidifier: Citric acid.
