Typical Calabrian preparation, elaborated and valuable. The olives, of selected quality, are pitted by hand with care and attention, precisely to keep the product intact as much as possible. They are seasoned with garlic, fennel seeds and hot pepper, as per tradition, and then filled with olive oil.
Uses in the kitchen
The Hand crushed green olives they are perfect for an aperitif accompanied by appetizers and a good glass of wine; excellent for creating rich appetizers in combination with cold cuts and mixed cheeses. They can be used as a topping for pizza, for cold pasta or to fill savory doughs and savory focaccias.
Ingredients: Hand-crushed green olives (72.5%) (accidental presence of olive stones), olive oil, chilli pepper, garlic, fennel seeds, salt, wine vinegar.
Acidifier: Citric acid.
Allergens: Sulfur dioxide and sulphites.
