Valle del Crati durum wheat semolina pasta is handcrafted by working only selected Italian grains; it is bronze drawn and dried at low temperatures, so as to maintain a high content of proteins and nutrients. Characteristic for their cylinder shape, Paccheri are ideal to accompany any type of sauce and condiment: porous and with a rough surface, they hold and "capture" the ingredients perfectly.

Uses in the kitchen
To be enjoyed with tomato-based sauces, fish and vegetables, for lunches with guaranteed success! They are also excellent for various traditional Italian recipes, such as carbonara or Neapolitan paccheri.

Tips for perfect cooking

  • Use 6 liters of water for 500 g
  • Add salt and when the water boils, add the pasta.
  • Stir occasionally.
  • When cooked, drain and season as desired.
  • Cooking time: 10-12 mins.
