Description
Sausage is among the Calabrian cured meats, the best known and most widespread. Salami stuffed and seasoned in pig casing (small intestine) hand-woven into the characteristic chain. Curing time not less than 30 days.
Uses in the kitchen
Excellent ingredient for the preparation of rustic pizzas, savory pies, pizzas, omelettes, vegetables, first courses or particular second courses. It is recommended to cut the product by hand, slightly obliquely. Also ideal for appetizers, platters and aperitifs.
