Uses in the kitchen
Anchovy cream is excellent to spread on slices of toasted bread with a drizzle of EVO oil. Ideal for making first courses, adding a few spoonfuls to tomato sauce. It goes perfectly with vegetable-based sauces. To be used as a condiment for pizzas or sandwiches, to fill savory pies and focaccias.
Ingredients: Chilli pepper, anchovies (40.4%) (IT2408CE Engraulis Encrasicolus, salt), olive oil, salt, wine vinegar.
Acidifier: Citric acid.
Allergens: Sulfur dioxide and sulphites.
