The Pumpkin Cream is made with very tender yellow pumpkins grown in the Valle del Crati. Carefully selected, they are sliced and processed. After the necessary time, they are ready to be shredded in olive oil with garlic, black pepper and oregano. The result is a sweet and exclusive cream with a surprising flavour.
Uses in the kitchen
Excellent to spread on toasted bread bruschetta, croutons or fresh and aged cheeses. An ideal condiment for making quick and tasty first courses, with the addition of walnuts or pine nuts. It is used to fill savory pies, puff pastry baskets or other savory doughs. Tasty to flavor pizzas with a gourmet touch, with the addition of savory cured meats such as pancetta.
Ingredients: yellow Pumkin (84.7%), olive oil, salt, black pepper, oregano, garlic, wine vinegar.
Acidifier: Citric acid.
