Uses in the kitchen
There Tropea cream it is a tasty, slightly spicy cream that will make all your dishes special. It is spread on slices of toasted bread or croutons, on a chopping board with mixed cold cuts and cheeses. Excellent for filling meat-based sandwiches, as a condiment on pizza or in savory doughs.

Red onions, pitted green olives (accidental presence of pits), chilli pepper, olive oil, salt, wine vinegar.

Acidifier: Citric acid.

Allergens: Sulfur dioxide and sulphites.

Conservation methods:

  • Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  • After opening, cover the product with oil and store in the fridge.
  • Pasteurized product
