Uses in the kitchen
Easy to use, they are excellent in the preparation of many dishes: in aperitifs, on toasted bread bruschetta, as an accompaniment to mixed cold cuts and fresh and aged cheeses. Ideal for filling meat sandwiches, stuffed omelettes and focaccias or to accompany fish main courses.
Ingredients: Aubergine fillets (57.5%), olive oil, chilli pepper, garlic, oregano, salt, wine vinegar.
Acidifier: Citric acid.
Allergens: Sulfur dioxide and sulphites.
Conservation methods:
- Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- After opening, cover the product with oil and store in the fridge.
