The Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a blend (mixture) of the varieties Carolea, Dolce di Rossano and Roggianella, has an acidity of 0.2%, it is sweet on the palate, the color is green with yellow reflections. Pure fruit of olives grown following strict production regulations, it is ideal to be tasted raw on any type of dish. The organic extra virgin olive oil comes from crops where no pesticides or fungicides are used. Fertilization is done with natural fertilizers rather than chemical fertilizers . Cold extraction.
Uses in the kitchen
Its fruity flavor makes it a lot versatile in the kitchen , excellent to use raw to dress salads or toasted bread bruschetta, to better enjoy all its scented notes. Also used by Chefs, our oil adapts to compound but also simple dishes, to make them protagonists!
Scrupulously controlled at the origin, it is also subjected to control by ICEA accredited national body for ORGANIC control and certification, in application of reg. EEC 2092/91 .
