The tomato sauce red tomato is a delicate sauce with a sweet taste, obtained from the processing of fresh tomatoes grown in the open field and ripened in the sun. The unmistakable flavor is that of the traditional fresh tomato sauce homemade by our grandmothers, without the addition of preservatives and dyes, and without the use of technological adjuvants in the entire production cycle, in compliance with the best Calabrian tradition. Processing takes place within 24 hours of harvesting, to keep all the organoleptic qualities of the tomato unaltered. A full-bodied sauce, rich in flavor and easy to use in the kitchen.

Uses in the kitchen
Pomodorossa tomato sauce is very versatile in the kitchen. Great for making first dishes simple and quick, or more elaborate first courses such as pasta with meat sauce or baked lasagna. Ideal for the preparation of soups and stews . Practical and quick for tasty dressings pizzas .

Usage tips
Easy to prepare, it is recommended to heat a drizzle of oil in a pan, with onion or garlic to taste, add the sauce and cook for 5 minutes . For more elaborate sauces, such as ragù, it is advisable to add a few ladlefuls of hot water and continue cooking until the desired consistency is reached. For the pizza, pour the sauce into a bowl and add a drizzle of oil. Season the pizza with the raw sauce, add the other ingredients to taste and cook.
