THE Chilli peppers stuffed with tuna they are among the most loved preserves of the Calabrian and Italian tradition. The processing of the product requires a lot of dexterity and care. The peppers are manually filled, one by one, with a tasty stuffing made with tuna, sweet pepper, parsley and breadcrumbs. Arranged in a characteristic way inside the jar, they are then filled with olive oil.

Chili peppers stuffed with tuna are a slightly spicy treat to be enjoyed, alone or in company. Excellent in the preparation of characteristic appetizers and aperitifs, they are served accompanied by cured meats, fresh and aged cheeses and other typical pickles.
Ingredients: Chilli (38.1%), olive oil, TUNA (14.8%)(N°591, olive oil, salt), breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, salt, yeast), chilli powder, parsley , salt, wine vinegar.
Acidifier: Citric acid.
Antioxidant: Ascorbic acid.
Allergens: Sulfur dioxide and sulphites, Cereals containing gluten, Fish and fish-based products.
