Spaghettata is used to make the typical Calabrian spaghetti or other pasta shapes, simple but rich in flavour. A quick dish to make: it is prepared while the pasta is cooking. Ideal for flavoring meat and fish dishes. An advice? Heat a couple of tablespoons of spaghetti in a pan with a drizzle of oil (dosing as desired). After a few minutes, add a little of the pasta cooking water to make the mixture creamier. Toss the pasta in the pan with the prepared sauce. Serve immediately.
