It can be used to enrich first courses based on meat and vegetables with flavour, adding a few teaspoons to the preparation. Ideal for flavoring pizzas and stuffed sandwiches.
Ingredients: Calabrian hot pepper (79.5%), olive oil, salt, wine vinegar.
Acidifier: Citric acid.
Allergens: Sulfur dioxide and sulphites.
Conservation methods:
- Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- After opening, cover the product with oil and store in the fridge.
