For an energy-rich, healthy and tasty breakfast, try
this recipe, which is really easy to make.
The must-have ingredient is our Cosenza dried figs,
with their sweet and honeyed flavour, soft and rich in pulp, with truly unique
organoleptic characteristics.
INGREDIENTS

150g oat flakes

60g walnuts/almonds/hazelnuts
·
25g sunflower seeds/pumpkin
·
70g dried Cosenza figs
·
20g coconut oil
·
Cinnamon to taste
HOW TO PREPARE
Soften the dried figs in a little lukewarm water for
about ten minutes.
In a bowl pour the oat flakes, chopped dried fruit,
sunflower seeds (or pumpkin), cinnamon and mix.
Add the coconut oil (alternatively sunflower oil) and
chopped figs and after mixing transfer to a baking tray lined with baking
paper.
Spread the mixture well, pressing it down with the
back of a spoon.
Now bake in a static oven preheated to 200° for about
15 minutes.
Once cooled, store the granola in an airtight glass
jar and enjoy a GOOD BREAKFAST!
