Bacon and dried fig rolls are a very simple recipe, which with just a few ingredients will make you look great with your friends!
The sweetness of the Cosenza fig blends perfectly with the savouriness and crunchiness of the bacon, all enhanced by the creaminess of the robiola cheese.
A truly tasty and original idea for a quality aperitif, different from the usual and easy to make.
Try it to believe!
· 10 dried Cosenza figs
· 100 gr of robiola cheese
· 200 g bacon
· Food twine
Cut the figs in half and fill them with robiola cheese, wrap them with bacon and close with food string.
Bake at 170 * about 15 min, until the bacon is golden brown.
