the savouriness and crunchiness of the bacon, all enhanced by the creaminess of
the robiola cheese.

10 dried Cosenza figs
100 gr of robiola cheese
200 g bacon
Cut the figs in half and fill them with robiola
cheese, wrap them with bacon and close with food string.
Bake at 170 * about 15 min, until the bacon is golden
