Limoni ripieni crema al tonno e cipolle in agrodolce

In the kitchen they lend themselves to many recipes, both sweet and savory, but this is really a novelty not to be missed.

Delicious lemons stuffed with tuna cream and flavored with the special touch of sweet and sour red onions.

Ingredients :

4 lemons

2 cans of tuna

2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

sweet and sour red onions to taste .

1 cucumber

1 courgette

2 boiled eggs

Method

Drain the tuna and prepare the cream by combining two tablespoons of mayonnaise.

On the side, prepare: a diced cucumber, a lightly blanched diced courgette (about 2-3 minutes) and two hard-boiled eggs.

Carefully empty the lemons, carefully cutting both the upper part that you will use as a lid, and the lower part to give stability.

Stuff the lemons by alternating the tuna cream with the zucchini, cucumber and sweet and sour onions in layers.
