An original and tasty recipe, where cod and prawns are
combined with soft pumpkin cream, creating a really tasty and delicate
combination!
Ingredients

Desalted piece of Salt cod
·
1 egg
·
100 g flour
·
Black olives
·
Parsley
·
Pumpkin Cream
·
Pitted olives
·
Valerian salad to taste
·
High quality prawns
·
1 potato
·
Olive oil to taste
Method
Clean the prawns, leaving only the tails, and leave
them to soak in water, oil, salt and parsley powder.
Boil the potato and the salt cod in two different pots
and leave to cool. Mash the potato and add the crumbled salt cod and chopped
black olives, season with salt.
Now prepare the fresh pasta by mixing flour and eggs.
Roll out the pastry with a rolling pin and fill with the salt cod; cover with
more pastry sheet and with the help of a pastry cutter cut out the raviolo shapes.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve accompanied
by the pumpkin cream and the marinated raw prawns. Add pitted black olives and
valerian Salad to taste.
