Ravioli fritti con crema di zucca

An original and delicious recipe, where cod and prawns are combined with a soft pumpkin cream, creating a truly tasty and delicate combination!


Slice of desalted cod

1 egg

100g flour

Black olives


Pumpkin cream

Pitted olives

Valerian to taste

High quality prawns

1 potato

evo oil to taste


Clean the prawns leaving only the tail and leave them to rest in water, oil, salt and parsley powder.

In two different saucepans, boil the potato and the cod and leave to cool; then mash the potato and add the crumbled cod and the chopped black olives, season with salt.

Now prepare the fresh pasta by mixing flour and eggs. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and fill with the cod; cover with another sheet of pasta and with the help of a pasta bowl obtain the ravioli shapes.

Fry in hot oil until golden brown.

Serve accompanied by pumpkin cream and marinated raw prawns.

Add pitted black olives and valerian to taste.
