The Bergamot Extra Jam it is made by grinding together the pulp and peel of the bergamot, to keep all the taste of this unique and particular citrus fruit, rich in vitamins and flavour! Inside more than 50% fruit and only a few added sugars, without any type of added coloring or preservative. It has a full-bodied consistency, given by the presence of the peel of the fruit, rich in essential oils.
Uses in the kitchen
Our Bergamot Extra Jam is ideal for starting the day with lots of energy, spread on rusks or toasted bread, with a thin layer of butter. Excellent for making tasty desserts and tarts. Ideal to accompany cheeses with a soft texture as an appetizer.
