Ingredients
·
250 g Dried Biscits
·
60 g melted butter
·
250 g Sweet Cream
·
250 g spreadable cheese
·
1 pot of White Yoghurt
·
100 g Filled Sugar
FILLING: Extra Fig Jams and fresh figs
Method
Recipe for a baking tin with a diameter of 22 cm.
Line the baking tray with wet and squeezed baking
paper.
Chop up the biscuits in the mixer and add the melted
butter; pour the mixture into the baking tin, compact and place in the fridge
(you can add dried fruit to enrich the base if you wish).
In the meantime, whip the cream and add sugar (you can
decrease the amount of sugar according to personal taste); when whipped, add
the spreadable cheese and yoghurt, stirring constantly.
Pour everything into the baking tin and place in the
fridge for at least two hours.
When the time has elapsed, unmould the cheesecake and
cover with the Extra Fig Jam; add slices of fresh figs to decorate and some
jelly to glaze.
