Raise your hand if you don't love Cheesecake! A fresh sweet, suitable for warm summer evenings, to be enjoyed as a dessert after a meal.
A dessert of great effect but simple to make thanks to this recipe that we have decided to share with you!
The final touch is given by the filling based on Extra jam of figs and small pieces of fresh figs as decoration.
A no-bake cheesecake, which can be prepared in advance and which only needs a few hours of rest in the fridge.
This is our version, but if you like, you can cover it with other Valle del Crati jams and marmalades and add fresh fruit to taste.
All you need is a pinch of imagination!
Ingredients
- 250 g DRY COOKIES
- 60 g MELTED BUTTER
- 250 g CREAM FOR CAKES
- 250 g SPREADABLE CHEESE
- 1 WHITE YOGURT POT
- 100 g Icing sugar
FILLING: Extra jams of Fresh figs and figs
Method
Recipe for a 22cm diameter pan .
Cover the pan with wet and squeezed oven paper.
In the mixer chop the biscuits and add the melted buro; pour the mixture into the pan compacting and place in the fridge (you can add dried fruit to enrich the base if you like).
In the meantime, whip the cream by adding the sugar (you can decrease the amount of sugar according to personal taste); when whipped, add the spreadable cheese and yogurt, stirring constantly.
Pour everything into the pan and place in the fridge for at least two hours.
After the time, turn out the Cheesecake and cover it with the Fig Extra Jam ; add slices of fresh figs to decorate and some jelly to polish.
