Fileja di Tropea del Pastaio alle cozze

Fileja is a pasta format typical of Calabria and especially of the province of Vibo, which has now become famous!

Its shape is particular and allows any type of sauce to be incorporated to perfection.

In this version proposed for us by PastaioMatto, Sicily and Calabria come together to create a dish that is not only a contamination of ingredients but also of emotions... all of them.

· 200 g Fileja from Tropea

· Olive oil to taste

· 1/2 onion

· 1 celery stalk

· 1 Carrot

· 2 Potatoes

· 2 Slices of Pumpkin

· 2 Cloves Garlic

· 400 gr. Mussels

· Parsley to taste

· Chilli pepper to taste
