Gnocchi? With this recipe you will want to eat them every day!
Delicate ricotta-based gnocchi, light and tasty, easy
to prepare.
In this version they are topped with our Mediterranea
Cream, tomatoes and toasted pistachios.
Ingredients:

250 g ricotta
·
1 egg
·
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
·
150 g flour 00
·
1/2 teaspoon salt
·
Mediterranean Cream
Method
·
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and
knead.
·
Roll the dough into loaves and cut into
chunks.
·
Cook in plenty of salted water.
