Gnocchi di ricotta

Delicate ricotta-based gnocchi, light and tasty, easy to prepare.

In this version they are seasoned with our Crema Mediterranea, confit cherry tomatoes and toasted pistachios.

250 g cottage cheese
1 egg
1 tablespoon parmesan
150 grams flour 00
1/2 teaspoon salt

Mediterranean cream


Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead.

Roll out the dough into loaves and cut into chunks.

Cook in plenty of salted water.
