Ingredients for the savoury panna cotta

· 200 ml fresh cream

· 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

· 1 pinch of salt

· 1 pinch of pepper

· 7 g isinglass

· 200 g flour 00

· 20 g parmesan cheese

· 100 g butter

· 1 egg

· Pinch of salt and bicarbonate of soda
